I especially appreciate the pizza spec sheets on storied pizza shops from across the country. The spec sheets encapsulate the reasons why certain pizza shops outperform. The dough making tutorials among others are also so well produced unlike what you typically see on YouTube. The free download of Michael Shepherd’s book was just an added bonus and a great read.
